1. Using StoryCraft
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the services lawfully. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may update the service, introduce new features, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Availability and functionality can vary by region and device.
2. Content and conduct
No illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content is allowed. You must have the necessary rights to any content you upload, generate, or share using StoryCraft.
We may moderate submissions, remove content, or restrict accounts to protect users, comply with law, and maintain platform integrity. Repeated or severe violations may result in suspension or termination.
3. Payments
Prices are listed in USD and may change. Taxes may apply based on your location and applicable law. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for purchases and renewals as applicable.
If a payment fails or is reversed, access to paid features may be limited until the issue is resolved. You are responsible for any bank or card provider fees.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Self-paced refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially consumed the content. Cohort refunds follow the cohort policy communicated at checkout or within the cohort materials.
To request a refund, contact support with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible and may take several business days to process depending on your bank.
5. Disputes
We aim to resolve issues informally first. If you have a concern, please contact us with a clear description of the issue and the outcome you seek.
If needed, disputes may escalate under applicable law. Unless prohibited by law, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
